In this illustrated session we'll explore Stanley Kubrick's science fiction masterpiece, which he described as his "agnostic prayer", to show how he was a midrashic filmmaker.

Nathan Abrams is Professor of Film Studies at Bangor University in Wales, where he lives. He has presented at Limmud, including Sweden, many times before. He is currently working on a book about Stanley Kubrick and is a big fan of The Bridge (which he is looking forward to crossing).
